Director/Vice Director​

• Vetting of proposals 

• Push for new avenues to improve the student welfare of our Life Sciences student body

 

Secretary

• Coordinate schedules of members 

• Handle forms and other admin related matters

 

Treasurer

• In charge of all of Welfare department's finance related matters

Programmes Head/Executive

• Come up with creative ideas for events or fundraisers

• Draft proposals for events and fundraisers 

• Involved in various aspects of carrying out the event (E.g. logistics prep, being facilitators of the events)

 

Publicity Head/Executive

• Advertise organized events to gain publicity and boost sign-ups

• Create promotional materials such as posters and pamphlets

• Design custom made items for sale such as t-shirts

• Coordinate publicity schedules for online publicity platforms including LSS telegram, instagram and mass email channelsCreating publicity materials for all welfare events (E.g. Poster design, crafting messages for student telegram channels)

• Designing of new welfare merchandise

 

Marketing Head/Executive

• Liaise with external organisations for sponsorship packages including vouchers or items to be incorporated into events such as the exam welfare packs. Sourcing for possible sponsors for exam welfare pack or welfare events

• Liaising with external sponsors for welfare events

• Liasing with external vendors to possibly host workshops or create events for Life Science students
