Constantly looking for opportunities of ways to advance EVBig as the sustainability and environmental sector continues evolving
Setting goals and timeline for the year
In charge of all administrative matters (e.g. EVBig email account)
Bridge between EVBig and LSS core team
Networking with other nature groups in NUS or Singapore at large (e.g. NEA)
Overseeing proposal writing and execution of initiatives, including publicity matters
Task delegation (e.g. event planning, monthly newsletter, EVBig Instagram account, EVBig linktree, etc.)

Writing of risk assessment document of all EVBig initiatives
In charge of all safety and first aid matters in the event of emergency when carrying out the event
Collection of indemnity forms where necessary

Organisation of EVBig initiatives. This includes, amongst other things:
- proposal writing
- preparation of publicity materials
- writing of newsletter
Execution of EVBig events (e.g. photography, booth rotations)

EVBig Welcome Tea and Cohesion. This targets mainly year one and two Life Sciences students considering an environmental specialization by introducing them to native biodiversity, environment related groups in Singapore, how studying environmental biology may look like as well as future job prospects after graduation	EVBig Cohesion. Held at East Coast Beach to promote interactions between new and existing EVBig members and to take this opportunity to clear the East Coast.	EVBig Welcome Tea and Cohesion.
Fishkeepers' Day Out. To provide a platform for all with a common interest in fishkeeping to bond.	Beach clean up.	Green Connect 2023.
Green Connect 2023. In collaboration with Bachelors of Environmental Studies (BES) and NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates (CFG), EVBig held Green connect 2023, a career fair with a focus on sustainability and the environment to introduce possible career options in said sectors after graduation to attendees and to give them an opportunity to interact with the employers directly.	Invasive Species Management with NEA.	Invasive Species Management. Held at Rifle Range nature park together with NParks volunteers to remove the invasive species Batman plants and to learn about the impacts of said species.
